Rocky Hill Baptist Church hosted an enjoyable afternoon event Hello Spring - Christian Women’s Tea on Saturday, April 18, 2026. Over ninety women enjoyed a savory tea menu, fellowship and an inspirational message from Joanne Chinkers, a former missionary to Nigeria.
Hello Spring - Christian Women’s Tea was held at the Rocky Hill Baptist Church Family Life Center in Cedar Mountain, NC. The women of the church prepared the food and decorations, held ticket sales, arranged table settings and other details while the men of the church stepped up as servers during the Tea. This event served several purposes. It provided a delightful opportunity for women to come together for Christian fellowship, raised funds for the church’s mission work, and provided an
inspirational message about the local and international experiences of a local
resident’s mission work.
This event was developed by Rocky Hill Baptist Church’s Missions Committee as afund raiser and outreach event. The Missions Committee uses these funds asfinancial support for their numerous Christian outreach initiatives in the CedarMountain community and beyond. Everyone is encouraged to reach out to Rocky Hill Baptist Church for information about its services and mission outreach initiatives.
